Piper RotoMolds in Plastisol

Piper manufactures its own molds and compounds its own plastisols.

The process involves a hollow metal mold. The mold is partially filled with plastisol, then placed in an oven. The mold is heated and rotated on two different axis simultaneously. The plastisol fuses onto the inside of the mold. This produces a hollow Vinyl part with virtually no undercut problems, ( a very complex part can be removed easily from the mold).
